Why Stacey must win
Oct 27th
I admit, I’m more of a Joe fan on X-factor..but this video shows why Stacey Solomon must win:
Future record breaker chart topper yo.
Some videos of her actually singing:
Who cares?

Everyone’s talking about the Kanye West incident at the MTV Video Awards where he interrupted Taylor Swift’s winning speech on stage and said that Beyonce should have won. Cue Taylor Swift looking like she was going to bawl. Luckily, Beyonce showed some class when she won an award by inviting Taylor Swift to finish her thank yous:
I was watching this with a huge grin forming on my face and thinking…awww that’s real nice of Beyonce. And then all of a sudden the camera focused on Lady Gaga…and the moment was totally ruined. I wasn’t even listening to Taylor Swift yapping after that. I was left thinking, who cares about Taylor Swift or Beyonce? Lady Gaga should have won every single award that night so that we can see more of her in whatever she’s wearing. I have to admit though, nothing will ever beat this outfit of hers:
Derren Brown
Sep 12th
I’m sure you people living in the UK have heard about Derren Brown and his lottery prediction. This guy was on Channel 4 at the same time the BBC was picking their lottery numbers…both shows live. And guess what? He predicted all 6 numbers! How the hell…that is simply mind-boggling. Have a watch:
Of course, Derren Brown is no Ursula. He’s an illusionist after all and not some fortune teller. So on Friday he shared with the world how he accomplished this feat of his. I have to warn you, this is some pretty hardcore stuff. According to him, he spent a year preparing for this trick and it’s nothing more than some maths. You can either watch this video or skip it for the explanation below…although I would recommend you watch it cause it’s pretty amazing how he did it.
So, what he did was get 24 people in a room, asked them to scribble random numbers on a sheet of paper…and at the end averaged them out in some way. I don’t know exactly what formula he used cause maths just go whoosh over my head. But I gotta say, this guy’s a genius.
Best TV babies
Sep 10th
The creator of Family Guy hinted a while back that Stewie, everyone’s favourite cartoon baby, might be gay…WELL:
I think that pretty much confirms it.
Btw, I said Stewie was everyone’s favourite cartoon baby. Of course, if it was everyone’s favourite real life baby, it would have to be this guy hands down:
Look at his fierce little face, he’s judging you…
Legend
Aug 28th
Today is the day I have been waiting for.
Wait…scratch that.
Today is the day I have been living for.
Ok, I kinda lied. I was at GAME yesterday when I found out that Paul Dini was gonna be there today for an autograph session. Apparently he’s the writer of the new Batman game that launched today in Europe. And so I thought to myself, hmmm I really enjoyed the demo, maybe I should go in tomorrow and buy the game on launch day…though should I even bother? Then I went home and wikied the guy:
Paul Dini (born August 7, 1957) is an American television producer of animated cartoons. He is best known as a producer and writer for several Warner Bros./DC Comics series, including Star Wars: Ewoks, Tiny Toon Adventures, Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, The New Batman/Superman Adventures, Batman Beyond and Duck Dodgers. He also developed and scripted Krypto the Superdog and contributed scripts to Animaniacs (he created Minerva Mink), Freakazoid, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. After leaving Warner Bros. in early 2004, Dini went on to write and story edit the popular ABC adventure series Lost. He has earned five Emmy awards for his animation work.
My eyes stopped at Tiny Toons. It’s like everything else started fading into a big blur of white. This guy, whom I didn’t even know existed till 24 hours ago, is my childhood hero. No, not only that..he’s a LEGEND. Tiny Toons! Animaniacs! How can I not go in today and be able to live with myself for the rest of my life? What will my future children think of me? What will anyone think of me?
So of course, I decided that I had to stop by GAME today to see the man in the flesh. Here’s a shot while I was queuing up:

I was one of the few females in line. Except one of them was a little girl who exclaimed “mommy look it’s batman!” when a guy in a godawful batman suit walked by…and the other was accompanying her boyfriend. Did I care? No. Nothing was going to stop me from meeting my hero! When it finally came to my turn, I nervously pulled out 2 Batman games (one for me and one for Cuz) which I had just bought for him to sign. You know…to break the ice. And then I giggled a little and asked him “is it true that you wrote Tiny Toons?”. Now, at this point I think he thought I was a little looney…but he was really nice and signed my Tiny Toons picture I had brought along (thanks Sissy). After that, I giggled a bit more and scurried away…knocking down one of those boxes on the floor in the process.

Yup, he definitely thought I was a little crazy.
But who cares right? As long as you get what you want? Here are my little treasures from today:

I’m going to laminate the last one and frame it up!
Yay.
